It was then purchased by the Trapp family and became a town dairy, selling milk, ice-cream and Yorkshire curd. The Dairy was sold and converted into a Guesthouse in 1978. Situated in central York, we are just 300 yards south of the medieval city walls and an easy stroll to York's many attractions and museums. Each individually styled room has a colour television, CD/Cassette Player, hot drink facilities, hairdryer and alarm clock. In addition the personal touches include toiletries, and information folders. Some rooms also have ceiling fans. Why not treat your self to a stay in our King Size Four Poster room with En-suite shower room. Our Family Room has 1 double bed and 2 single beds with an En-suite shower room. This room is ground floor and situated in our flower filled courtyard. The amenities in the room include Colour TV, DVD Player, CD/Radio/Cassette.
